Boyd Wichman started selling carpet in 1972 at Discount Carpet in Topeka, Kansas.

-

Boyd then worked for 2 years, 1973 and 1974, traveling Misiouri and Illinois for 2 different carpet mills.

-

1n January of 1975, Boyd and Margaret moved to Seneca, Kansas for 6 months. He learned how to install carpet while working for his Father and Mother in  at Seneca Furniture.

-

Then moving to Manhattan in the summer of 1975, Boyd worked full time as a college student and a floor covering installer; graduated with an accounting degree.

In 1978, Margaret and Boyd moved to the Kansas City area and have installed floor covering for the past 32 years.

-

Margaret and Boyd have sold and installed thousands of rooms of carpet, vinyl, ceramic and wood floors.
